SILO/ TANK CLEANING & PAINTING
Do you have a huge SILO or TANK which has not been cleaned inside for awhile? We have seen many businesses have red tape issued on their silos/tanks due to the Health Department of WA having a random inspection and/ or the public making a complaint.
The first time we looked into a SILO we could not believe how much mould and old bits of flour and wheat there were rotting in the SILO. For this reason we created a strategy which can help every person and business stay in control of their health regulations and continue to maintain a healthy relationship with the Health Department.
We clean in confined space access for the cleaning of silos, tanks and other storage media of which we are fully licensed.
This applies to treated water tanks, food and grain silos.
Our vacuum systems are designed to remove the last traces of any residual clean-down sludge or dust.
We have also added to our system painting the interior and exterior of silos with a biodegradable food-grade non-toxic 2- pac water-based paint.

HIGH/ LOW PRESSURE CLEANING
Whether it is an exterior or interior we use a biodegradable chemical to high pressure clean building envelopes while safely disposing of liquid waste.
